Its single door with thermal pane window and features a 23″ wide mouth opening for easy viewing and sideways loading of half-size sheet pans. This Bakers Pride convection oven also has a 60-minute electric timer and a 1/4 hp fan motor with dual-speed fan control and cooldown.
