Beverage Air SPE27HC-SNZ

Product is held in the pan compartment of the Beverage Air SPE27HC-SNZ Elite Series prep table in six sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans and two ninth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. These pans are recessed 2 inches into the cabinet, so forced air from the evaporator can properly flow under them to keep the ingredients above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Running the full length of the cabinet, the removable cutting board creates a convenient place for prepping salads and sandwiches. A sneeze guard covers the pans and cutting board to keep the prep area safe from contamination.

Epoxy-coated wire shelves in the refrigerated base hold additional ingredients. The operator can easily access these items behind the self-closing door. When product is loaded into the cabinet, the door stays open with its 120-degree design. This door is removable for cleaning and is reversible to fit into different layouts. Snap-in gaskets on the door retain cold air to prevent leaks, and the temperature in the base section ranges from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
