Beverage Air SPE36HC-08C

Polycarbonate pans are included with the Beverage Air SPE36HC-08C Elite Series prep table to hold toppings. Ingredients from the pans can be added to salads and sandwiches on the 17-inch-deep cutting board, which runs the full length of the unit and can be removed during the cleaning process. This unit has a refrigerated base for additional ingredient storage that includes four coated shelves to store product and self-closing doors to retain cold air. When loading product in the cabinet, the doors stay open past 120 degrees.

The Beverage Air SPE36HC-08C prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit in its refrigerated base. Forced air from the evaporator moves under the pan section to keep ingredients within a safe temperature zone. Since the evaporator coil is coated in epoxy, it is resistant to corrosion. The refrigeration system is accessible from the rear; operators can reach this area since the unit is on casters.
