Beverage Air SPE48HC-10C

The Beverage Air SPE48HC-10C Elite Series prep table comes with 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans for the top compartment. Hood and lid assemblies over these pans retain cold air and reduce the risk of contamination. Staff members can use the 17-inch-deep cutting board to prep salads, sandwiches, and other popular dishes. The rail section is cooled with forced air from the evaporator, which ensures the ingredients in the pans stay above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Additional products can be stored in the refrigerated base, where the temperature is between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The base has four wire shelves that provide a path for air circulation and have a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. Made of durable aluminum, the interior liner can withstand high-volume use and is resistant to corrosion. The Beverage Air SPE48HC-10C prep table’s cabinet has field-reversible, removable doors, which are self-closing with a stay-open design past 120 degrees for product loading and unloading.
