The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-4 prep table has a strong stainless steel exterior. The opening in the top of the unit accepts eight sixth-size pans that are 4 or 6 inches deep. Its two drawers hold four, 6-inch-deep sixth-size pans to store ingredients. Food prep can be done on the durable polyethylene cutting board that is removable for easy cleanup. Corrosion is resisted by the aluminum interior. Since the refrigeration system is self-contained, the Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-4 prep table is simple to install and service.
