Description

Blodgett 1060

Operating with a spring-assisted door, the Blodgett 1060 single-deck pizza oven opens and closes smoothly for operators to insert and remove pizzas. Lined with aluminized steel and able to bake at temperatures as high as 650 degrees Fahrenheit, the oven can leave a crispy crust on all baked goods. Made primarily of stainless steel for high-volume use, this oven resists scratches, dents, and rust.

The Blodgett 1060 deck oven is powered by natural gas and insulated with vitreous fiber to enhance heat conservation. Its dual duplex tube burners can be removed for cleaning and adjustable, locking shutters are on the air mixers. To raise the hot baking cavity off countertops and equipment stands, this oven has adjustable stainless steel legs.
