The Blodgett 1060SINGLE single-deck pizza oven’s cooking compartment measures 60 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 10 inches high and features a Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite deck mounted on an angle iron frame for lasting stability. This stone deck absorbs moisture from dough while transferring heat evenly, resulting in crispy pizza crusts. Heated by gas, its two free-floating duplex-tube burners circulate heat uniformly throughout the compartment; operators can modify their temperatures from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve various results. When the oven is stored in cool ambient environments or its door is opened for short periods of time, the interior’s fiber insulation preserves programmed temperatures to reduce the risk of unexpected temperature changes.

Mounted on 32-inch-high stainless steel legs, the Blodgett 1060SINGLE NG pizza deck oven is 781/16 inches wide by 455/16 inches deep by 57 inches high-ideal for loading and retrieving pizzas. Its spring-assisted door features a tubular steel handle that’s comfortable to grip so operators can open and close the door smoothly, helping prevent fatigue or injury. The open space beneath this stainless steel unit enables users to clean under the oven thoroughly, while its flat top accommodates another deck oven to maximize production without occupying additional floorspace.
