The Blodgett 1415 countertop pizza oven is designed with a single deck and runs on electricity, enabling convenient plug-and-play operation in businesses with an appropriate power supply. This unit’s exterior measures 27¹/₄ inches wide by 20³/₄ inches in tall and has a 34⁵/₈-inch depth when the door is open. For increased reliability, operators can control the unit with solid-state digital controls, and its compartment measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 9 inches tall.

Because the Blodgett 1415 commercial oven’s deck is made of cordierite, it’s extremely resistant to heat and cracks. This unit is equipped with a crown angle trim and drop-down door. For optimal durability, the oven is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel on the front, sides, and top; this material resists corrosion and is simple to clean. It stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs, providing optimal clearance below the oven for cleaning. To inhibit sticking and scratching, the unit’s back and bottom are made of aluminized steel, and it’s designed with 1-inch high-temperature mineral fiber sheet insulation on the back, top, sides, and bottom.
