Blodgett 911P

The Blodgett 911P DOUBLE double-deck pizza oven has two cooking cavities, each accommodating pizzas, breadsticks, and calzones as high as 7 inches. Its thermostat has cook settings that range from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and it generates 27,000 BTUs of cooking power per deck. Made of stainless and aluminized steel, the oven withstands high temperatures and exposure to salty, acidic substances such as tomato sauce and cheese.

The Blodgett 911P DOUBLE double pizza deck oven is front accessible, meaning the pizzas are inserted and removed from the same side, unlike a conveyor oven. Its counterbalanced doors open and close smoothly and the unit is insulated with vitreous fiber to conserve heat, preventing cold spots inside the oven. Supporting the unit is a full-angle iron frame and adjustable stainless steel legs.
