Meat roasts, pizza, bread, and more can be baked on the Blodgett 951DOUBLE NG double-deck gas oven’s two large cooking compartments, each measuring 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 12 inches high. In both sections, the 12-gauge, 1-inch-thick steel decks heat quickly. The unit’s free-floating duplex-tube burner is powered by gas and circulates heat evenly for uniform results. Its temperature dial is simple to operate and can be rotated to modify cabinet temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust, ignite, and clean the burner through the integrated burner doors to eliminate the time-consuming task of removing fasteners.

The Blodgett 951DOUBLE NG multipurpose gas deck oven’s stainless steel exterior is supported by a full angle iron frame for lasting durability throughout high-volume use; to withstand consecutive heating, the cooking compartments are aluminized steel. Vitreous fiber insulation built into the top, back, bottom, sides, and doors preserves set temperatures in various ambient environments. To simplify operation, both counterbalanced doors open smoothly, and their heavy, chrome-plated steel handles provide a secure grip. Overall, this 60-inch-wide by 40-inch-deep by 5915/16-inch-high oven is fitted with 7-inch-tall legs that can be adjusted to level it on uneven flooring, preventing rocking as contents are loaded or retrieved.
