It measures 60 inches wide by 40 inches deep by 495/8 inches high, overall, and has a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction with a full angle iron frame for lasting durability. Its cooking compartment’s aluminized interior withstands consecutive heating and cooling and is simple to wipe clean between uses. With its counterbalanced door and chrome-plated tubular steel handle, operators can access the compartment with ease, simplifying pizza insertion and removal.

Thisgas-powered Blodgett 961PSINGLE NG pizza oven’s duplex-tube burner circulates heat evenly for quick heating and recovery, while vitreous fiber insulation maintains internal temperatures to prevent unexpected heat loss. Its Quick Heat Technology Rokite deck, which is mounted securely on an angle iron frame, absorbs moisture from dough and transfers heat uniformly to produce a crispy texture. The liquid-pressure thermostat lets users control temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, while its temperature control dial is simple to rotate. Operators can adjust, clean, and ignite the burner through the burner doors so fastenings don’t need to be removed.
