Blodgett BLCT-6E

The Blodgett BLCT-6E countertop combi oven has an external temperature probe that monitors food, preventing illness due to undercooking. Made of stainless steel, the oven is resilient and resistant to rust, corrosion, dents, and scratches. Its 1.57-inch drain is fixed in the bottom of the unit, helping remove water after steaming. To keep the countertop free of messes, a drip tray mounted beneath captures oil and food particles. Because the door is made of glass, food can be monitored during the cooking cycle without letting warm air escape. The door is sealed shut during operation with a safety latch.

To repeat frequently prepared dishes, the Blodgett BLCT-6E mini combi oven can store 500 recipes with 15 steps each. Settings are adjusted with touchscreen controls, enabling employees to choose between multiple cooking modes. The wire shelves enable uniform air circulation through their gaps and can accommodate four 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch or five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2-inch hotel pans. Illuminating the cabinet for monitoring purposes, the interior is fitted with bright halogen lights.
