Blodgett BX-14G

The Blodgett BX-14GSGL full-size combi oven holds pans on five stainless steel racks. Even though there are only five racks included, the compartment has the capacity for seven full-size sheet pans or 14 hotel pans. Since the compartment is illuminated by halogen lights, staff can monitor the product through the glass door window. This window is double-paned, but it is easy to clean since the interior pane has a hinged design.

A manual control system is used with this Blodgett BX-14GSGL full-size combi oven. There are functions for hot air, humidity, and cool down modes with an additional feature for steam on demand. With a thermostat, the temperature can be adjusted to a maximum of 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For accurate internal temperature of product, the core probe goes into the product, while the other end connects to the control panel.
