Blodgett CNVX-14G

The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection oven has a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling it to handle many different common cooking applications. Its reversing fan system can operate at four levels in order to accommodate products of varying levels of delicacy. A 4-inch temperature probe gives chefs the ability to check food temperatures to determine doneness.

Stainless steel throughout the exterior of the Blodgett CNVX-14G convection oven increases its durability and helps prevent scratching and scraping. Its electronic controls enable users to precisely operate the oven, featuring 100 programmable recipes that are great for use with a large menu or multiple variations of the same item. The oven’s door is glass paned to permit cabinet viewing while food is cooking.
