Blodgett CTB

The Blodgett CTB double half-size convection oven can hold (10) 18-inch by 13-inch pans front to back in the oven interiors that are double sided and porcelainized. Because they are slicker than aluminized and stainless steel interiors, the porcelain interiors reduce bacteria and food buildup. A control panel with solid-state, manual control dials for temperature and time is accessible on the front of the ovens.

Operators can monitor food cooking in the oven through the double-pane glass window, and the door handles are chrome plated for comfort. Mostly made of stainless steel, the exterior of the Blodgett CTB double half-size convection oven is durable for high-volume use and rust resistance. Insulation in the top, bottom, rear, and sides prevents heat from escaping to maintain the cooking temperature.
