Description
The Carter-Hoffmann DF1818-5 pizza holding cabinet is positioned on 3-inch casters for mobility. Because they swivel, they can easily handle turns, and these casters are equipped with brakes to prevent movement during use. To enable pass-thru use, it has a doorless design, and its cabinet accommodates as many as five 18-inch by 18-inch pizza boxes. This unit can be stacked with another cabinet without a stacking kit.
To reduce the risk of burning product, the Carter-Hoffmann DF1818-5 half-height holding cabinet has a countdown timer that can be programmed in 1-minute increments. The temperature can be adjusted to 225 degrees Fahrenheit using digital controls, and the cabinet preheats to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 15 to 20 minutes. Durable for heavy-duty use, it’s constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
