The two-section cabinet of the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-LR compact undercounter refrigerator includes two epoxy-coated shelves per section. Each shelf has a 150-pound capacity and can be adjusted to accommodate differing product sizes. The cabinet’s interior is made of rigid, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and encased with two swing-out, solid doors. To reduce hassles when product is loaded and retrieved, the doors can be locked at a 105-degree open position. This stainless steel 48.25-inch-wide by 31.50-inch-deep by 34.06-inch-high unit can be stored beneath a cabinet to conveniently save space in crowded kitchens. Designed for stable movement, it’s equipped with 4-inch casters-two of which have brakes.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-LR undercounter refrigerator’s self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system generates temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can adjust and track temperatures with built-in electronic controls and an LED display that provides temperature readouts in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Even when the unit is stored in hot environments or the doors are opened for short periods of time, there is a reduced risk of temperature spikes because the cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
