The cooking surface is bead blasted-a process that increases durability and creates a nonstick surface.

The temperature in this Cleveland SEL30T1 tilt skillet can be set and adjusted between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, while the stainless steel plate ensures heat is evenly distributed. A cover sits over the pan to trap heat inside, and opening and closing the cover is comfortable with a full-width handle and spring-assisted construction. To separate solid contents from broth, this unit comes with a strainer and manually tilts with a hand crank.
