Continental SW48N12C-FB-D Description

The Continental Refrigeration SW48N12 sandwich prep unit has a large top with a 19-inch-deep cutting board. Small, medium, and large pizzas can slide over this board while covered in toppings. The cutout top can hold 12 different toppings in sixth-size pans and, during slow hours, the lid can cover the pans, protecting them from contamination. More ingredients can be stored in the drawers, which can slide open and are accessible. Each drawer seals shut with a magnetic gasket and retains cold air with polyurethane insulation. For durability, these drawers-along with the front, sides, and top-are all made of heavy-duty stainless steel.

With a self-contained condenser, this Continental Refrigeration SW48N12 prep table keeps ingredients chilled between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be set by the operator to suit different applications. Its expansion valve system responds to temperature changes quickly, speeding up refrigerant flow to return the temperature to the set level. This level can be monitored on the front digital display and, if it leaves the safe zone, the unit will alarm to notify nearby staff of the problem. For user convenience, the refrigeration system breathes through the front, requiring zero clearance on the sides.
