The Continental Refrigeration SW60N16-FB-D sandwich and salad prep table includes a full-length nylon cutting board for slicing meats, cheese, and vegetables. With 16 food pans, various ingredients can be stored up top for instant use and each drawer accommodates another full-size food pan for storage. This unit’s self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant-an environmentally friendly choice. Using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; if this number changes, a high/low alarm alerts those nearby.

The condensate evaporator in the Continental Refrigeration SW60N16-FB-D prep table automatically removes water buildup and its coil is plasticized to reduce the risk of rust. This unit’s expansion valve system recovers cold air quickly during loading and unloading, keeping products at the optimal temperature. To reduce energy costs, the lid and cabinet are insulated with polyurethane foam while magnetic gaskets on the drawers seal them shut to retain cold air.
