Continental SW72N18C-FB Description

Ideal for use in commercial environments, the Continental Refrigeration SW72N18C-FB prep table is made of aluminum and stainless steel for durability. It is mounted on casters, so it can be rolled out for maintenance or repositioning. The three self-closing doors are sealed shut with magnetic gaskets to keep temperatures low, and the cabinet and lid are insulated to reduce energy costs. If the temperature changes accidentally, an alarm sounds; this temperature can be adjusted using electronic controls.

This Continental Refrigeration SW72N18C-FB sandwich and salad prep table has 18 food pans for storing ingredients and a nylon cutting board to slice meats, vegetables, and cheese. When certain ingredients aren’t used, they can be placed on one of three storage shelves. For durability, the shelves are coated in epoxy to prevent corrosion. If water puddles in the cabinet, the condensate evaporator soaks it up automatically, and it has a plasticized coil to protect it from rust with frequent wet use.
