This unit also cooks, combi-steams, steams, and retherms, making it a versatile piece of equipment. To make sure food is cooked thoroughly, a temperature probe monitors multiple places in steaks, chicken, and other foods. For durability, this unit is made of high-quality stainless steel, and it accommodates various food pan types on three shelves, which are made of wire to promote airflow and even heating.

Using touchscreen controls, operators can set the temperature in the Convotherm C4 ED 6.20ES combi oven, and these controls are also useful for switching between cooking types, changing the fan speed, and monitoring the temperature for accuracy. Equipped with a USB port, this unit enables users to program as many as 99 recipes for quick operation, and these recipes can include 9 steps. When the oven needs to be cleaned, it will clean itself automatically for convenience, and its exterior can be wiped down.
