To maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the Delfield 8172-EFP LiquiTec drop-in refrigerator uses a LiquiTec self-contained eutectic fluid refrigerated system. Operators can adjust these levels using precise electronic controls, and the unit’s sides and bottom are insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve low temperatures. To minimize its environmental impact, this food well operates with R290 refrigerant-a type of eco-friendly hydrocarbon.
For durability to withstand rigorous use, the Delfield 8172-EFP drop-in cold food unit features a galvanized steel exterior. Its top, inner liner, and louver are constructed of stainless steel to provide additional strength and corrosion resistance. This unit accommodates five full-size pans with depths of 4 or 6 inches. Overall, this unit measures 72.44 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 24.24 inches high, and it requires a 71.5-inch by 25-inch counter cutout.
