Delfield F2956CP Description

The Delfield F2956CP refrigerated chef base holds four 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans in its two-drawer system. Its stainless steel construction is heavy duty to withstand constant use. The Delrin track rollers slide in and out without grease, and their design causes the drawers to hug the gaskets, staying closed even on uneven floors. Interior temperatures are sustained between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit by polyurethane insulation and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

A marine edge around the top contains messes and prevents puddles on the floor. This top is made of stainless steel, so it is very durable and can be wiped clean. Using the included wall bracket, the Delfield F2956CP low-profile chef base can be mounted to a solid surface for stability. Casters equip the unit to be moved around, whether for cleaning or servicing.
