Ideal for high-volume environments where it’ll experience heavy use, the Delfield GUF32BP-S Coolscapes worktop freezer’s top and front are made of dent- and rust-resistant stainless steel. For additional durability, its sides are constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum. The interior is equipped with a single gray epoxy-coated shelf, and the top is furnished with a 4-inch backsplash to keep messes off the adjacent wall. To facilitate transportation, this unit is positioned on 5-inch casters, two of which lock to secure it in place.

The temperature of the Delfield GUF32BP-S one-section freezer can be set between -5 and 0 degrees using electronic controls and monitored on an exterior digital display. To prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet, it’s built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This unit’s single section provides 8 cubic feet of interior space, and it can be accessed through a stainless steel door. Cooling with a rear-mounted refrigeration system, this unit uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
