The Delfield N8194-BRP drop-in refrigerator maintains temperatures of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted using thermostatic controls. To ensure product remains cool until it’s served, the unit contains polyurethane foam insulation that preserves cold air to improve efficiency. It operates using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes stainless steel clips and louvers to install and secure pans.

Constructed of durable stainless steel, the Delfield N8194-BRP mechanically cooled cold pan is resistant to rusting and corroding. To eliminate moisture and excess water, it’s fitted with a 1-inch drain. This unit measures 89.86 inches wide by 31.93 inches deep by 24.45 inches high to accommodate five 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. A push-in gasket secures its full perimeter to reduce the loss of cold air.
