Delfield SALD-1
The Delfield SALD-1 Shelleymatic salad dryer is great for removing moisture from lettuce, vegetables, and other greens to prepare them for various cooking applications. Enabling it to dry large batches of product at once, it has a 20-gallon capacity. Important for use with wet products, the dryer’s stainless steel body resists rusting, and its built-in 1-inch drain removes any built-up liquids. Users can set the dryer’s timer for 5 minutes to ensure the final product is completely dry.
