Delfield UC4048P
To maximize cold storage space in prep areas, the Delfield UC4048P undercounter refrigerator has a 48-inch width with two sections. These sections have epoxy-coated shelves that can hold full-size Gastronorm pans. So it will resist corrosion, chipping, and denting, the cabinet interior is made of durable ABS plastic. Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior top, front, and sides are heavy duty and rust resistant.
The rear-mounted refrigeration system in this Delfield UC4048P two-section undercounter refrigerator keeps the temperature between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust this level to suit different applications, and monitor the temperature display on the backside of the cabinet. An environmentally friendly alternative, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
