Equipex PCC-400/1 Description
Featuring a single cooking zone, the Equipex PCC-400/1 Sodir-Roller griddle has a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent inadvertent adjustments, its control panel is recessed, and temperature indicator lights alert operators when the unit is heated. An on/off switch enables users to quickly power the unit off when not it’s in use. Measuring 16 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high, it’s designed for countertop placement.
The Equipex PCC-400/1 countertop griddle is constructed of stainless steel-a durable metal that provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. It features a chrome-coated steel griddle plate that’s polished to a satin finish, and it’s furnished with back and side splashes to keep splatter off walls and nearby equipment. To further streamline cleaning, this unit features a removable grease drawer.
