Equipex PCC-400 Description
Durable enough to support high-volume use, the Equipex PCC-400 Sodir-Roller countertop griddle is made of long-lasting stainless steel. This simple-to-clean metal provides excellent resistance to denting, rusting, and corroding. Featuring a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has a single cooking zone that is thermostatically controlled for precise adjustments. To prevent accidental changes, the control panel is recessed.
The Equipex PCC-400 electric griddle is a countertop model, measuring 16 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high overall with a 15-inch by 15-inch cooking surface. To facilitate thorough cleaning, it’s equipped with a removable grease drawer. Its chrome-coated steel griddle plate is polished to a satin finish, and back and side splashes keep splatter off walls and surrounding equipment. This unit features pilot and temperature indicator lights as well as an on/off switch to simplify operation.
