Additionally, this model features a guard that protects the faucet while simultaneously preventing cross-contamination by reducing the number of contact points between containers and the faucet. This simple feature makes it perfect for the sorts of mid to high-volume applications where larger capacity units like this one see use. And since it is controlled by a simple on/off switch and a green “ready” light that comes on when the water reaches the desired temperature, you can be sure that all of your staff and customers will be able to use it without issue whether they’re using the water for cleaning, making self-serve items like tea and oatmeal, or using it in food prep for mashed potatoes and soups.
