Garland ED-36G
The Garland ED-36G electric griddle has separate thermostatic controls for three sections, enabling users to cook three different kinds of food at one time. Depending on the application, temperatures can be adjusted from 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the controls are recessed to prevent damage or accidental changes when users bump into them. Because this is a countertop model, it’s mounted on four-inch legs to prevent overheating.
To expedite cleaning, the Garland ED-36G electric griddle has a smooth plate while its grease drawer catches food particles and debris, keeping them off the countertop. Its splash guards are mounted to the sides and back to prevent grease splatters on walls and nearby equipment. For sturdiness, this unit is made of stainless steel, so it withstands wear and tear in high-volume environments.
