The Garland GFE60-6R24RR commercial gas range is capable of cooking food in a variety of ways, optimizing space for kitchens with limited accommodations. Great for soup pots or skillets, this range has six cast-iron burners with a combined 198,000 BTU. To the side is a 24-inch griddle plate for cooking hamburgers, sausages, and other grilled items, and beneath the griddle plate is a broiler that further adds to the range’s array of uses.

Underneath the Garland GFE60-6R24RR restaurant range sit two standard ovens that have snap-action thermostats ranging from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which means chefs can use them to prepare a variety of items. Though it will need attention over time to stave off potential cracking, the ovens’ porcelain interiors streamline the cleaning process. Stainless steel on the exterior holds up well against scratching and corrosion.
