Garland GME36-I14C

Operators can cook using induction and convection with the Garland GME36-I14C Master floor model commercial induction range. Its top has four induction burners that are equipped with RTCSmp technology-this can detect the presence of a pan and adjust the unit automatically to maintain precise temperatures. It also shuts off if it determines a pan is being used dry, preventing overheat.

The Garland GME36-I14C induction range has a convection oven in its base. This unit has a backward-inclined fan that operates quietly and efficiently. Its oven cavity is made of stainless steel and fully insulated to promote energy efficiency. The unit’s exterior is made of stainless steel and its cooktop is made of ceramic glass, so it’s not hard to clean.
