The Garland MCO-ES-10 Master Series convection oven works well in kitchens that require quick production to keep pace with customer traffic. Its solid-state controls are simple and include a 100-hour cooking timer to accommodate most products. Convection action is provided by a dual-speed fan, which can be raised or lowered depending on what foods chefs are baking. To give operators a way to monitor cooking product, the doors have windows.

The Garland MCO-ES-10 commercial convection oven has a porcelain-enameled chamber. Although this material needs continuing maintenance to prevent cracking, it is nonstick and expedites cleaning. Its six racks can be set to 13 different positions, due to the rack guides. Stainless steel gives the oven reliability and corrosion resistance.
