Garland MCO-ES-20-S Description

The Garland MCO-ES-20-S full-size convection oven has two cavities in a single footprint, maximizing cooking capacity and flexibility without occupying additional space. Each oven interior has a standard depth that supports 18-inch by 26-inch pans side to side on chrome-plated racks. In these cavities, the racks are adjustable on 13-position guides. The porcelain-enameled finish in the cavities provides corrosion resistance and facilitates cleaning by limiting food buildup, while the coved corners eliminate crumb-trapping cracks and crevices.

Each cooking cavity in this Garland MCO-ES-20-S double electric convection oven has a fan, moving heat evenly to encourage quick cook times. Operators can adjust the fan speed to high and low settings, and the low option complements delicate products. The temperature is adjustable using the solid-state controller and it comes with a one-hour electromechanical timer. Doors on each oven section open dependently with one handle per section.
