The Garland MCO-GS-10 full-size convection oven has a porcelain-enameled interior with coved corners. This design eliminates crevices that could trap food particles, making the interior easy to clean. There are six racks on the 13-position rack guide to accommodate multiple dishes at once. Product baking in the oven can be monitored from the exterior through the thermal windows on the doors.

This Garland MCO-GS-10 full-size convection oven has a Master 450 solid-state digital control system that operates from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. In this system, there is a two-speed fan that operates at high and low settings, with a pulsing setting also available. It is perfect for browning delicate baked goods. Its cook and hold function browns meat and holds it at the ideal temperature until it is ready to be served.
