Garland MCO-GS-20-ESS Description

The Garland MCO-GS-20-ESS double convection oven features straightforward controls for each of its two sections. The controls-simple dials, switches, and indicator lights-are located on the right and can be used to change the oven temperature and fan speed to accommodate each dish. Staff can set the timer to track the cook time while they work on other foods.

This Garland MCO-GS-20-ESS full-size convection oven is powered by natural gas. For safety, it comes with a gas shut-off valve and oven cooldown mode. To streamline cleaning, the six racks in each oven are removable and the interior is porcelain enameled. This coating provides a nonstick surface and rounds out the corners so they don’t trap sediment inside. On the outside, the front, top, sides, and legs are all made of stainless steel that resists rust and can be wiped clean.
