Garland MCO-GS-20 Description

The Garland MCO-GS-20 Master double convection oven features digital controls for each compartment. A screen uses short messages to communicate with the user, notifying them when it needs cooling down or if another problem arises. It also tells them when to load the oven. Each compartment comes with six racks, which can be adjusted on the rack guides.

This convection oven can cook food and then warm it until serving time. To accommodate various dishes, its temperature ranges from 150 degrees to 500 degrees, and its fan runs at two speeds. In case the oven gets hot, a setback button reduces the temperature to a lower level, keeping the interior cool and ready to heat up for the next dish.

For durability, this Garland MCO-GS-20 full-size convection oven is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and legs. All these components are rust resistant and brisk to clean. Finished in porcelain enamel, the interior is slick enough that food will not stick to it, and the corners are coved, eliminating sharp areas that could trap food inside.
