Garland MCO-GS-20-S Description

The Garland MCO-GS-20-S full-size convection oven has two individual oven compartments, each with straightforward controls consisting of switches and dials. With one switch, operators can change the oven from off to cook or cooldown, and with another switch, they can adjust the fan settings. The temperature dial has a wide range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer features a convenient, audible buzzer.

Made of stainless steel, this Garland MCO-GS-20-S double convection oven resists rust and scratches on the front, sides, and top. Its doors seal tightly with a full-length closure, trapping in heat with their thermal glass windows. Each pair of doors can be opened with one hand because they are dependent. Inside, the surfaces are covered in porcelain enamel, a slick finish that food can’t stick to, and the coved corners lack sharp lines that trap debris. Each oven section has 13 rack positions and six racks.
