Hatco CWB-5 71″ Drop-In Refrigerator w/ (5) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled

The Hatco CWB-5 drop-in refrigerated well’s condenser uses R-513A refrigerant to produce and maintain cool temperatures, ensuring prechilled foods are served at ideal temperatures. Its angled wall enables cool air to circulate evenly across food pans, eliminating warm spots that could impact food quality. Environmentally friendly insulation built into the sides and bottom retains cool temperatures when the unit is displayed in a warm ambient environment. A defrost mechanism activates automatically, preventing frost accumulation on key components, and operators can perform maintenance on this unit easily with the included sight glass, service valve, drain, dryer and filter, receiver, and flexible refrigerant line.

As a top-mount unit, the Hatco CWB-5 refrigerated well can be installed into a cutout measuring 70 inches wide by 26 inches deep at most. This 71-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 25.5-inch-high unit accommodates five full-size food pans, and its angled stainless steel interior walls facilitate pan insertion and retrieval. For flexible installation and venting adjustments, its condensing unit can be rotated 90 or 180 degrees and mounted to either side of the well or 4 feet away from the unit at most. To match Hatco’s heated drop-in pan well for a cohesive look on buffet lines, it features aluminized steel housing and a stainless steel bezel. Both metals resist rust, corrosion, and wear and can be wiped clean quickly.
