Hatco FSHC-6W2
The temperature and humidity levels in the Hatco FSHC-6W2 half-height insulated heated cabinet can be thermostatically controlled and monitored on a digital temperature readout. Its pan slides can be removed for cleaning and adjusted in 1.5-inch or 3-inch increments. To suit a variety of applications, they can accommodate six 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or six 2/1 Gastronorm food pans. This pass-thru unit has two glass doors that provide a clear view inside the cabinet and convenient access to the interior from either side.
The Hatco FSHC-6W2 mobile heated cabinet is insulated to preserve energy and food temperatures, and it includes a water reservoir that provides humidity to evenly transfer heat and keep food moist. Its large swivel casters enable mobility, and for durability, it’s constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Overall, this unit measures 25.39 inches wide by 31.97 inches deep by 32.11 inches high.
