Hatco FSHC-7W1-EE
Great for serving food to customers, the Hatco FSHC-7W1-EE half-height insulated heated cabinet includes 4-inch casters that enable mobility from the kitchen to the banquet hall. The water reservoir holds 1 gallon to create a humid cabinet environment. Thermostatic controls enable adjustment of the heat levels, which can be set from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The sides are fully insulated to help preserve proper food temperatures.
The Hatco FSHC-7W1-EE mobile heated cabinet can accommodate seven 18-inch by 26-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Its slides are adjustable on 1.38-inch centers and removable to streamline cleaning. Suitable for high-volume use, this unit is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
