With thermostatic controls, the heated base of the Hatco GR2BW-66 buffet warmer can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It also uses infrared top heat that’s prefocused to guide heat toward the outer edges of the surface’s top. This countertop-sized unit accommodates five 12.75-inch by 20.75-inch pans and measures 72.25 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high. Ideal for commercial use, it’s made of durable, corrosion-resistant hard-coated aluminum.
The Hatco GR2BW-66 countertop buffet warmer is decorated with designer panels and corner caps for a stylish look. It clearly illuminates product with six incandescent lightbulbs, which are shatter resistant to reduce the risk of injury and food contamination. For additional protection, this unit is built with double acrylic sneeze guards that shield food from airborne particles.
