The Hatco GRBW-30 countertop buffet warmer accommodates two full-size food pans for low-volume applications. Operators can modify the hard-coated base’s temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the top-mounted heating element directs elevated temperatures toward the holding surface’s outer edges to reduce heat loss.
