Its aluminum surface enables uniform heat distribution with a 200 degrees Fahrenheit limit, and this unit features an on/off switch that illuminates when the shelf is powered on.

Its recessed, droop-in construction neatly contains crispy pizza and warm pastries, while the flanged trim enables front-of-house displays.
