To accommodate various holding requirements, a thermostat can be used to adjust the hard-coated aluminum base from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, the heated shelf measures 50.5 inches wide by 21 inches deep and includes 10 adjustable product divider rods to organize items.
