Because this Hatco HCSBF-48-F built-in shelf can transition between hot and cold modes within 30 minutes, it’s compatible with diverse menus. Operators can adjust temperatures with the attached temperature control box, while its thermal break protects adjacent surfaces from temperature transfer or condensation. Its unattached condenser uses R-513A refrigerant and includes a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver for serviceability. Its 5-foot-long refrigerant line simplifies extraction for maintenance.
For sleek, cohesive presentation on buffet lines, the Hatco HCSBF-48-F hot and cold shelf can be installed in a 49-inch-wide by 16.5-inch-deep countertop cutout and matches Hatco GRSBF heated built-in shelves. Its hard-coat aluminum surface resists corrosion to preserve its original look throughout daily use and is simple to wipe clean. To accommodate variously sized food pans, this 49.5-inch-wide by 17-inch-deep by 10.1-inch-high unit has a 48-inch-wide by 15.5-inch-deep usable shelf space.
