Because it’s constructed of stainless steel, the Hatco HDW-3B drawer warmer is easy to clean, durable, and corrosion resistant. It’s designed for built-in installation and measures 28.14 inches wide by 23.61 inches deep by 31.17 inches high. Its adjustable sliding air vents release excess moisture while its insulated design helps preserve warmth. This unit can be utilized in dining halls, medical facilities, and residential homes that hold large batches of food at warm temperatures before serving.

The Hatco HDW-3B warming unit features three drawers that each accommodate one standard 6-inch-deep food pan, which are included with the warmer. Each drawer’s heat can be modified with individual thermostatic controls that feature a temperature monitor and power switch, and to prevent damage or accidental adjustments, the control panels are recessed.
