The Hatco HWBHRN-11QT soup warmer is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand commercial use and maintain its appearance. Ideal for large batches of potato and vegetable soup, it features an 11-quart capacity. For precise temperature adjustments, its control panel features an infinite switch control. The panel measures 2.75 inches wide by 4 inches high and is installed remotely.
This high-wattage Hatco HWBHRN-11QT drop-in soup warmer includes a pilot light to turn on the main burner. At 12.31 inches in diameter by 9.59 inches high, the top-mounted circular soup warmer drops into an opening of 11.13 to 11.56 inches in diameter. Although it’s not insulated, the unit keeps product warm for use in cafeterias, buffet lines, and back-of-house prep stations because it’s constantly heated.
